Last night I worked my legs & glutes. ouch! Well, ouch today.  It felt relatively easy while I was working out. Tonight's bodyparts were back & calves. Then I spent 30 minutes on the treadmill. I ran some but walked most of it on a steep incline. My legs were just so sore.  I can't complain, as this is the good kind of soreness. FINALLY!  Tomorrow I'll work biceps & triceps. Talk about anticipating the pain!
